>The warranty period will not be applicable to BATERI STORE products which failed to complete the Online Registration within the specified time-frame;
>The fault/ defect/ damage of BATERI STORE products is due to negligence, abuse, mishandling, misused, accident， overcharging or undercharging resulting from faulty alternator or other electrical system in the vehicle;
>The fault/ defect/ damage of BATERI STORE products is due to negligence, abuse, mishandling, misused, accident and/ or explosion caused by external event(s)/ factor(s);
>The fault/ defect/ damage of BATERI STORE products due to the exposure to fire, flood and/ or other unusual event(s) not associated with the normal and common usage of an automobile product.;
>Any incidental or consequential loss and damages directly or indirectly suffered and/or incurred as a result of failure of BATERI STORE products;
>The warranty period will not be applicable to BATERI STORE products which failed to complete the Online Registration within the specified time-frame;
>The fault/ defect/ damage of BATERI STORE products is due to negligence, abuse, mishandling, misused, accident，overcharging or undercharging resulting from faulty alternator or other electrical system in the vehicle;

>The fault/ defect/ damage of BATERI STORE products due to the exposure to fire, flood and/ or other unusual event(s) not associated with the normal and common usage of an automobile product.;
>Any incidental or consequential loss and damages directly or indirectly suffered and/or incurred as a result of failure of BATERI STORE products;
>Any authorized/ unlawful tampering and/ or altering of any of the warning label(s), instructions label(s), manufacturing code, product code and/ or other safety marking and / or labeling on BATERI STORE products;
>Warranty shall not be transferable and shall become inapplicable upon the transfer of ownership of the vehicle in which BATERI STORE products being installed/ used and/ or BATERI STORE products, or the transfer and/ or remove of BATERI STORE products from one vehicle to another vehicle;
>Unauthorized repairing and/ or modification works has been carried out/ done towards BATERI STORE products purchased, either prior to or after the defect/ damages of the said products occurred; or
>Any unforeseeable and/ or force majeure incident(s) occurred and/ or happened that caused the damages of BATERI STORE products purchased, in which it is not reasonably foreseeable by GMB Battery (KL) Sdn Bhd and Nxlub Sdn Bhd;
>Lack of documentation proof and/ or inaccurate and/ or suspicious information/ claim provided by you would void the warranty.
